About the Organisation

Our Vision

To build a united, empowered, and prosperous Nigeria where every young person has the opportunity to participate in football, discover their potential, and contribute to national development, while strengthening grassroots mobilisation and advancing the vision and progressive agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, through youth engagement, community participation, and national unity.

Our Mission

To produce and distribute five million customised footballs across Nigeria's 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, expanding access to grassroots football, discovering and nurturing young sporting talent, and uniting young Nigerians across cultural, ethnic, and regional boundaries.

Through this flagship initiative, TPA seeks to strengthen grassroots mobilisation in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda by engaging young people, community leaders, sports stakeholders, and local organisations in constructive participation, civic awareness, youth empowerment, and national development.

We are committed to using football as a powerful instrument for community engagement, progressive advocacy, national cohesion, and the mobilisation of young Nigerians towards a stronger, more inclusive, and prosperous Nigeria.

Core Mandate

To put five million customised footballs into play across Nigeria, transforming grassroots access to football into a nationwide movement for youth empowerment, talent discovery, community mobilisation, national integration, and progressive civic engagement in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's vision for national development.

This mandate positions TPA not merely as an advocate for grassroots sports development, but as a strategic platform for connecting young Nigerians and communities through sport, strengthening grassroots participation, promoting national unity, and building sustained community engagement around the President's progressive development agenda.
